They never work for me. I keep thinking I have the wrong kind of computer....maybe it is me.
Yesterday I did a test scan and print for an important real estate document that I needed to send TODAY. It worked fine.
I did not move the printer.
I did not touch the prnter.
This morning, when I went to scan the document so that I could E-mail it,
THE PRINTER WOULD NOT TURN ON.
After 3 frustrating hours troubleshooting and 1 hour with HP tech support, I am receiving a new printer in 10 days.
That doesn't help me much today.
Luckily, the one person I know in my neighborhood was nice enough to help me out. I just E-mailed the document 5 HOURS AFTER I STARTED THE PROCESS.
I am now really behind on the Christmas cheer that I was planning on having today.
***update***Nathan went to get his hair cut. It did not go well (we all know how Nathan loves his hair). We are even further behind on our Christmas cheer.
